Shipping Policy:

The order once placed and confirmed will be delivered between 10-15 working days via DHL/FedEX/BlueDart on your shipping address.

Exchange & Return Policy:

We at Brandzmania have you, the customer, at the core of all our activities. You are the reason for our existence. At Brandzmania, we want you to buy with confidence and have the most pleasurable experience in buying your luxury product. That’s why we have a very simple and straightforward exchange and return policy. Know exactly and understand which exchange and return requests will be accepted and which will be rejected so you can buy with confidence. Follow these simple Do’s and Don’ts to avoid getting your exchange or return request rejected.

Easy Exchange Policy:

While we have ensured that each shop/boutique has stringent checks in place before your order is shipped, there are instances when a mistake happens and a wrong/defective product is shipped out. But relax, we have it covered for you and know that the correct product will be delivered to you without any additional cost at the earliest.

When can I raise the Exchange request?

Exchange is possible when

  1. you raise the exchange request within 7 days of delivery of the product
  2. the product you received has any manufacturing defects or an incorrect product is delivered due to our mistake. Incorrect product is the one which is of a different brand, wrong size or colour than what was ordered.

How can I raise the Exchange request?

Write us an email at exchange@brandzmania.com within the exchange period of 7 days of the delivery of the concerned product to you (including the day of delivery). No exchange request will be accepted after the exchange period is over. Provide your proper purchase details like order id, purchase date and pictures of the defective, or wrongly delivered product. We need these to authorize the exchange request. We will bear the shipping cost for our mistake and a shipping label will be provided at no additional cost to you. 

Keep this in mind while sending the product for an exchange

  1. The product must be sent in the perfect original condition as the original shipment, along with any attachments such as original brand packaging, original tags (without having been removed or cut), original box, warranty/authenticity/care cards, manuals, accessories, or original dust bag, etc. Exchange requests will be refused if these or any other Part(s) of the product(s) are missing.
  2. The product sent should be unused, unworn and undamaged in any way. We have the right to refuse the exchange if the products have been worn or washed and/or any perfume/scent is applied to them.

When will I get the exchanged item:

Once the Supplier receives the exchange requested product, it will go through necessary quality checks to ensure it’s the same product that was shipped by the Supplier in perfect original and saleable condition. Supplier’s decision will be final in accepting or rejecting the exchange request.

If the exchange request is accepted, you will receive the exchanged product within 2-3 weeks, subject to availability of the product(s) or the money will be refunded within 10 working days (from the date of acceptance of the exchange request) if the exchange product is not available for sourcing at that time.

Such products which are declined for exchange will be shipped back to you after recovering the cost of shipping towards creating the original exchange label, and reshipping of the declined exchange product. Any additional charges towards customs clearance, duties (if any) shall be the responsibility of the buyer and to be paid directly to the Shipping Company when they contact you.

 Return Policy:

We all are buyers at some stage and we all love Easy Return Policy. So sit back and relax! We have 7 days Easy Return policy for most of the items except Apparel such as Jeans, pyjamas, tops, t-shirts, sleepwear, lingerie, bras, panties, leggings, outerwear and other apparel are non-returnable in any circumstances.

When can I raise a Return Request:              

Return is possible when

  1. you raise the return request within 7 days of delivery of the product to you (including the day of delivery).

How can I raise the Return request?

Write us an email at return@brandzmania.com within the return period of 7 days. No return request will be accepted after the return period of 7 days is over. The email should clearly mention your purchase details and reason for return along with pictures of the product and original packaging etc.

When can I expect the refund amount credit?

Once the Supplier receives the returned product, it will go through necessary quality checks to ensure it’s the same product that was shipped by the Supplier in perfect original and saleable condition. The supplier’s decision will be final in accepting or rejecting the return request.

If the return request is accepted, you will receive the refund (without interest) within 10 working days after deducting the following.

  1. A fixed customs processing fee of Rs. 3000 will be deducted from the refund.
  2. Any returns that are due with customs charges will be covered by the buyer and will be deducted from the original refund.
  3. The cost of return shipment will be borne by the customer and should always be shipped back with DHL/FedEx with an active tracking number. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or damaged packages.
  4. Such products which are declined for return will be shipped back to you after recovering the cost of re-shipping of the declined return. Any additional charges towards customs clearance, duties (if any) shall be the responsibility of the buyer in such cases and to be paid directly to the Shipping Company when they contact you.

 Cancellation Policy:

We all are buyers at some point, and there is always a time when we change our minds. We completely understand that. So if you are in that situation with your purchase on BarandzMania, don’t worry. Simply raise a cancellation request before 11 AM of the next day by emailing us on cancellation@brandzmania.com with your purchase details and relax! You will get full money refunded back to your original payment method. Cancellation after 11 AM on the next day of purchase is not permitted.
